What is senior cohousing?
Senior cohousing is a community of private residences clustered around shared space. At Abundant Grace, it means having your own dignified living space while benefiting from a circle of neighbors who support, pray, and grow together, effectively ending the isolation many seniors feel.
Eligibility & Affordability
Who is eligible to join the community?
We welcome seniors (62+) who are looking for a community rooted in faith and mutual care. Our goal is to serve those who may find commercial senior living options out of reach, but who still desire a standard of living that is both dignified and supportive.
How is Abundant Grace kept affordable?
As a nonprofit organization, we utilize community partnerships, volunteer support, and local mission-aligned funding to keep our overhead low. This allows us to pass those savings directly to our residents, ensuring costs remain accessible and predictable.

What services and programs are included?
Our residents benefit from health advocacy, wellness checks, faith-based programming such as morning devotions and prayer circles, as well as social activities like gardening, game nights, and shared meals which nourish both the body and soul.
What does a typical day look like?
Daily life is a balance of private peace and communal connection. You might start with a quiet morning in your private home, join neighbors for a mid-morning scripture circle, spend time in the garden, and end the day sharing stories and tea in the common lounge.
